PLEASE NOTE: Processing times may be up to 2-3 business days. Due to COVID-19 and the ongoing changes, once packages are given to the shipping provider they may take longer to be delivered and tracking numbers may not be updated right away. 
While most packages are still being delivered within 7-10 business days, we are seeing some packages that (while rare) are delayed for a longer period of time. This has been more prominent in USPS packages, though this may happen with other shipping providers as well. If you need your order within a certain time frame we suggest choosing our Express option for little to no delay on delivery.

Please provide correct and valid shipping address. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during the delivery process or for an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. There will be no refunds given if shipping address provided by customer is invalid or incorrect and the order has been delivered.

If items are returned to us due to insufficient delivery address, customers have the choice to:

1. Have their orders resent, any additional shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.

2. Receive a refund for the order total, minus shipping costs. 

Domestic packages are sent with USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days depending on location) & includes tracking.
There are options for express delivery at checkout. 

Tracking and estimated delivery may not be available for some International Packages. Delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks after it has been shipped.
Any taxes/duties due upon International delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
