Processing time is 1-2 business days.

Please provide correct and valid shipping address. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during the delivery process or for an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. There will be no refunds given if shipping address provided by customer is invalid or incorrect. 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS 
Domestic packages are sent with USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days depending on location) & includes tracking.
There are options for express delivery at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200 FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

International packages are also sent with USPS First Class Mail, tracking and estimated time of delivery is not available for all countries.
Delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks after it has been shipped.
Any taxes/duties due upon International delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

DEFECTS OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

If item has manufacturing defect OR you've received the wrong item, please contact shipping@sereiswim.com immediately so we can resolve the issue. (we may ask for a snapshot of the defect)

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Discounted, sale items over 30% off and jewelry are non-refundable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange customer must contact shipping@sereiswim.com within 7 days of order being delivered.
  • Return/Exchange must be postmarked within 14 days of order being delivered.
  • Order will be refunded for the price value of the items, minus the shipping costs.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, in new condition. All hang tags and hygienic liners must be attached in original form and untampered with.
  • Items must be free of deodorant, tanning oil, make-up stains, etc...
  • Shipping labels are not provided, they are responsibility of the customer, we suggest purchasing a tracking number for your return, we do not take responsibility for any lost items.
  • We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
  • Please do not contact us inquiring about your return/exchange unless it has been over 10 business days since you have sent out the package.
You will receive an email notification when your refund is given or a tracking number if you have requested an exchange.
**Any items that have stains are non-refundable and will be sent back to the customer**
