International packages are also sent with USPS First Class Mail, tracking and estimated time of delivery is not available for all countries.
DEFECTS OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED
- Discounted, sale items over 30% off and jewelry are non-refundable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange customer must contact email@example.com within 7 days of order being delivered.
- Return/Exchange must be postmarked within 14 days of order being delivered.
- Order will be refunded for the price value of the items, minus the shipping costs.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, in new condition. All hang tags and hygienic liners must be attached in original form and untampered with.
- Items must be free of deodorant, tanning oil, make-up stains, etc...
- Shipping labels are not provided, they are responsibility of the customer, we suggest purchasing a tracking number for your return, we do not take responsibility for any lost items.
- We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
- Please do not contact us inquiring about your return/exchange unless it has been over 10 business days since you have sent out the package.
